@avafione03 If your password includes any special characters, please change it to something that contains only letters and numbers. If that doesn't help, try clearing Safari's cache and data.
So I did both of those things, my password has no special characters and I cleared my Cache and History on safari and that didn't work either ☹️

@avafione03 As a test, please set up a new admin user account on your Mac. The username should contain only letters and numbers, no special characters; don't sign in with your Apple ID either. You'll be able to open Origin and launch Sims 3, so please do that and see whether you can sign in.
By the way, is the account you're trying to sign into the same one that you used to install the game in the first place? If it's not, that would explain the problem.

So I created the new admin account and it still said "null" when I tried to log in. This is also the same account I had used when I first installed the game.

@blindsimmer18 The most common reason the launcher login doesn't work is that the email address or password contains special characters. So if you've used any of these, please change the password. You may also need to delete the file labeled [your email].bin in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads.
