I didn't install antivirus on my laptop, but I installed a VPN software. And I deleted the VPN, but it still doesn't work.
I guess the game itself may be normal except I can't log in to my account.(btw I can login the EA app normally)
The email address and password are correct, but it shows null/ invalid email address and password.
I tried to reset the password, but the page is frozen.😢
@u7fsosndm1jl I don't really know what's going on here, but if everything else works normally, I guess you can ignore the problem for now. I'd check back in a couple months just to see whether there's some kind of fix on the EA side, which does happen sometimes.
