No I didn't see it but great post :)

I posted this because I get loads of traffic to my site with people looking for help so thought it may be helpful here too. Also there are so many threads started on here for the same issues that it becomes very frustrating.

Crinrict already points people to the Mac help threads over at EA's site that you're referring to. She's fab at helping people :)
