Expansions you have/have active: Sims 3 Ambitions, Diesel Stuff, Generations, Island Paradise, Late Night, Outdoor Living, Pets, Seasons, Showtime, Supernatural, Town life stuff, World Adventures
Any error message received: 65538:15000
A detailed description of what is occurring: When i try to download island paradise the error message just pops up each time
A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I've uninstalled origin and re-installed, i uninstalled all my games
