A detailed description of what is occurring: install makes it to installing files and then gets stuck for hours on file 670 of 889
A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: closed origin. uninstalled origin, redownloaded and reinstalled. This is unacceptable. I either need a refund or another way to install. I do not have disk drive on this compueter.
