- A detailed description of what is occurring: When I tried to download The Sims 3 Island Paradise Expansion Packs which I bought a few days ago I encountered the above error message as soon as the game was "preparing to download"...
- A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I have tried all of the steps that are in the normal post and still no luck on getting the game ☹️
