[MAC] Why am I having trouble downloading, installing, or launching Island Paradise on Mac?

  • Origin ID: pula101
  • Are you opted into the Origin Beta? I dont think so
  • OS X version:   10.6.8
  • Processor, Memory and Graphics card information: 2.93 Ghz INTEL CORE 2 DUO 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
  • Expansions you have active: world adventures, ambitions, seasons, university, pets, High-end loft stuff
  • Any error message received: "Zero KB available"
  • A detailed description of what is occurring: I go to open the installer and it pops up, then disapears again.
  • A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: restarting the computer, blowing on the disc and putting it back in, clicking on it many a time.

Ursula: We are discussing an issue with the download version of the game here. The error message you get seems to indicate that you do not have enough space on your hard. Please open a separate thread for your issue.
