    I would reinstall supernatural or leave it until you get your new computer.

I am highly aware of that 🙂 I've contacted EA multiple times and waited MULTIPLE HOURS. No help . I had to figure it out myself. It is now installed again. Now i am going to see if my game still freezes when i am moving a household in.

It's made no difference that i uninstalled supernatural it's the exact same. And i REALLY want to know how to fix the freezing problem which is whenver i create a new household and find the house and click the check mark my game freezes.
