Merged accounts now game missing, can't get in to old account, and had to open a new account

I merged my origin accounts today to get all my sims games on one account. Once it was done, which I had to leave during the process, I noticed my sims 3 pets wasn't there so I went to check and make sure it was registered on my sims 3 account so that I could show EA proof I owned the game, but it wouldn't let me log into that account. I made a new account to see if my old account was there and it still is, but it is missing almost all the games now. Also, this new account connected on my merged origin account is missing all but four games. I think that is just because it needs to be a few days.
