Midnight Hollow Gold cannot dowload

Hello.

Yesterday I purchase this Word by exchanging points at Sims 3 store. I had an issue with the game so I am starting to install all from scratch, meaning, I only have installed the Sims 3 and adds on and I was starting to install my Premium words. No issues with the others I own. 

When I click in download, either via purchase history or the Gold World link directly it opens the Launcher but I get a message "There was an error while downloading the file. Please see the Log for more details" -  doc attached.

Browser cache cleaned.

Could you please assist?

    @Marmot72  Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete any files with Midnight Hollow in the name.  Then try again to download MH, this time with a different browser.  (Firefox has always worked well for me.)

    And it might sound silly, but if you're using a wifi connection and have a laptop, move the laptop as close as you can to the router.  I've found that a slow connection makes this error more likely, especially with very large downloads, and MH Gold might be the largest single download on the entire Store site.

    Thank you for the suggestion.

    In the meantime I found a way to add the content I needed by downloading separately the standard world version and after the toy store. I am almost sure that if I had purchased these separately would not be as "costy" as the Gold version but, in the end, I have the content I need.
