Missing DLC in Sims launcher...

I need help to fix Late Night and High End Loft DLC not showing in Sims 3 Launcher. I tried reinstalling and deleting every EA App and Sims 3 files but i can't fix it. I've had these DLC for years and it still says i own them in EA app but recently they stopped showing up in Sims 3 Launcher. I feel like it might be EA Play membership i had and ended that messed up these DLC because from what i understand, EA Play feature Sims 3 Starter Pack which is exaclty the same DLC as the one which stop showing up in Sims 3 launcher. I tried chatting with an advisor but the chat in the help section is fake. It said 4 min wait time average and i waited 40 min with no one awnsering. It did opened a case by itself which still has no sign of life.

    Necro420​ Sorry to hear that live support's fix ended up removing those DLCs. You might need to wait a bit before being able to join another live chat, but I'd definitely recommend trying to connect with another advisor to see what's going on, especially if the two DLCs aren't appearing as 'Owned' anymore in your Library.

    Hi, i might try to open another case with the whole chat i had whith the agent that removed contents from my account but everytime i try to chat with them they open a case and it might be why im ban from support. I also can't add or do anything with already opened cases. I understand the forum might not be able to resovle this but i literaly can't do anything else right now and it might be useful for some peoples that have the same problems. At this point i wouldn't recommend getting in touch with EA if you have that problem they will make it worst. I seen past post with similar probleme and they got help by posting here...

    Update: After 6 time trying to connect to someone in chat waiting 40 min+ i finally was able to talk to someone but i wish i didn't. Spent 1h40 min trying to explain the problem and when the agent finally seems to understand he said i change something clear ea cache and restart pc go check your DLCs. I didn't trust them because 1h40 they cant figure it out but suddently they said its fixed and i shouldnt be back because it fix. I ask if i would be able to continue chat after the pc restart i was told yes so i restarted my PC and boom went from 19 DLCs own to 17... literaly the "fix" was remove DLCs i bought years ago... And the worst part is im now ban from EA Help chat when i try to get back i didnt get any awnsers.. and now they just won't let me get in a chat at all. I knew EA support is very bad but didn't know it would be that bad. EA took away content i bought from me and im stuck literaly can't do anything to reach them.

    It does sound like that expired EA Play subscription might be impacting your access to those DLCs, so contacting live support would be the best way forward, since we don't have the tools to look into your account here on the forums. 

    If you're struggling to connect with an advisor, it might be worth using this web form instead and trying in an incognito or private window to see if there's any improvement there. Let us know how it goes, thanks!
