Hello! I just signed back in and began re-downloading my Sims 3 games. When I log into my account, under games it shows all of the games I downloaded directly from the SIms 3 site, but they do not show up when I attempt to play the game. How do I get these games back that I already paid for? Also, any additional add-ones that I also paid for using sim points also do not show up. Any help would be great.

@Kissbag427 If you're referring to downloading the game through Origin, you need to download and install each EP and SP separately. When viewing TS3 in your game library, click on the More tab and then choose expansions or stuff packs. Then click the button for each one you own.
If you've downloaded the packs but they're not showing up in your launcher, try clearing Origin's cache and restarting your computer a couple of times. If that doesn't help, you can manually uninstall and reinstall Origin itself, which wouldn't affect your installed games.

Store content, including worlds, needs to be downloaded from the Sims 3 store and installed into your TS3 game folder in Documents. Everything you've bought will be available for download your purchase history when you're logged in. If you've already installed the content but don't see it either, that's a separate issue.
