as for the other item. Do you have a link or a picutre ? Could it be it came with late night or the 80ies stuff pack ?
Sorry for taking so long to reply, but the actual name of the item is the Gobo Light Mania. I have only had it popping up since i got Late Night, so I would have thought it was in that. I dont have the 70's and 80's stuff but why would it suddenly appear since I got Late Night, but I will check on the Sims package details to see if it is on there.
I also am not able to get the Surf's Up equipment and buiiding, is that perhaps cos I am using Monte Vista? Though why it would be I have no idea justt a thought!!
As for Tasty Treats and Tomes, will have a go with what you have said to see if I can get it working.

Just to let you know I have sorted out my Tasty Treats and Tomes problem. I used your link and followed the instructions, but to be honest it was a bit techo jargon for me so I went into edit town, and then buy/build and clicked on the Tasty Treats etc and moved in back by one box, so there were 3 boxes between the end of the lot and the door to the shop. That sorted it!!! Hope this may help others with the same problem in needs be, but thanks for the help anyway
