jely298 I tried using chat just now, and it worked. If it matters, I'm in the U.S. and the site is set to English. I used this link:

I chose Missing Content, Sims 3, Mac, and typed this for a description:
I redeemed my disc codes for Sims 3 DLC, but the EA App says "available on Windows" and won't let me download the DLC to my Mac.
So try that instead.
