Missing Sims 3 Mac 64 Bit Download

I bought sealed physical copies of The Sims 3 and three expansions however, when I redeemed the codes in the EA App I was only given access to Windows downloads. I have been trying to get a hold of someone from EA to rectify this but, I the live chat is now an AI chat bot that doesn't help. It keeps creating tickets however, I am not getting any email confirmation and EA's own website says I have no open cases. Has anyone run into this issue? Very frustrating!

    jely298​  I tried using chat just now, and it worked.  If it matters, I'm in the U.S. and the site is set to English.  I used this link:

    https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/

    I chose Missing Content, Sims 3, Mac, and typed this for a description:

    I redeemed my disc codes for Sims 3 DLC, but the EA App says "available on Windows" and won't let me download the DLC to my Mac.

    So try that instead.
