Missing Worlds, missing Sim Points, missing time traveller!

Hi, I recently installed Showtime and Into the Future. The first time I loaded my game I played a few families and the time traveller never arrived, also purchasing the 'gateway' when my sim inspects it the get stuck.
So I quit completely and restarted The Sims 3 now Roaring Heights, Monte Vista and Hidden Springs are missing from my drop down list when starting a new game and the time traveller is still not working.
Also I purchased $20 worth of SimPoints and purchased Sunlit tides about a week ago. During the download I got a message that there was an error with downloading Sunlit Tides, my Simpoints were not refunded and neither is Sunlit Tides on my drop down list.
Any help on getting any of this sorted would be greatly appreciated
