mmy sim has dissapeared

After my sim got pregnant and changed into her maternity clothes she dissapeared. I cant do any actions with her either.............HELKLP

    Is her icon gone or is she invisible ? Are you using custom content ?

    as well as her being invisible, my game crashes everytime i load it
