Monte Vista Walls not showing up in Metadata

I hope you can help me cause I am at my wits' end. According to the information I was able to find online, after installing Monte Vista, the objects in the world (such as streetlamps, bridges and retaining walls) are supposed to show up in Create a World, among other Game Objects in the Metadata, supposedly without any modding. However, I cannot find anything. How to enable those objects?
  • @Iwanalogin As simmerLella said above, converting to package would be helpfull, because you could open package in S3PE (sims 3 package editor) and change one resource, so object could be visible in caw. There's actually one thing to change, so it's not that hard.

  • This is a store content issue with CAW, across the board, it's definitely not a new or EA App issue. This already made me so frustrated with the store and not want to spend on points or worlds anymore!!

Making store content show up in CAW requires some workaround (which might mean converting your store content, but hopefully not) by placing a .package file into the CAW folder, following this tutorial: https://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:CAW_Framework

I don't know if that will mean your included store content will count as CC when you export it. *laughs in concern for her own WIPs*

I wish EA would just fix the store content AND the EA App issues!!
  • Upon installing SuperCAW, I realized that no Store objects appear in the CAW catalogue. :/
It could have something to do with the EA App, as it is the reason we can't use Edit in World, and it prevents me from downloading and installing Pets EP altogether, so I wouldn't be surprised if it also messes with the Store content that is supposed to appear in CAW.
