My Expansion and Stuff isn't showing up!

Good afternoon everyone! I've been having a bit of an issue with my Sims 3 game. This has been going on for the past 3 months now and I've even tried reaching out to EA and see if their tech support...

    winters512​  Please do a clean uninstall of both Sims 3 and the EA App, as described here:

    I realize you've done regular uninstalls, and used CCleaner, but it's worth being as thorough as possible here.  Revo should be able to find everything game-related, including all registry entries, so you can start fresh.  And please do install the game to a new location, a new folder you create for just this purpose and that's on the root folder of whichever drive you use.

    If you're running a third-party antivirus, or some kind of cleaner app that works in real time, please disable it while reinstalling Sims 3, and don't reenable it until you've tested the game once.  As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe even with the AV disabled.
