@Simmadasimma8 sorry for such a late response, I'll try to help you now.
Firstly, manually uninstall the game. I know you've already uninstalled it, but it's good to make sure that there are no traces leftover.
Then do a clean reboot: http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
Try again to download it. If it still doesn't work, Right-click on the Origin icon on your desktop and choose run as administrator.
