The sims 3 site is having this where sometimes randomly when trying to load the mypages it displays as not found. I found that it does fix itself but then it just keeps happening. It seems to have been going on for a while and it is starting to bug me. Please have one of the team members look into it. This is what has been going on by this pic.
i think it was five months ago that this issue happens. Some days later its working again, everything ran smoothly. That's why I am not giving up hope..

Today was the sims 3 17th Anniversary and we been having trouble celebrating it on the sims 3 exchange. EA if there is any news on this issue can you let us know the progress. This was a perfect day for us sims 3 players to share our moments to celebrate the 17th year of this wonderful game.
So far I've been having luck with the site. I haven't bee having this issue but not going to give hope yet but so far so good :) What ever happen the team seem to have been working on it :)
Yeah, that sounds so good. The site is running brilliant for me too—no issue at all. Even the launcher is working perfectly again. Thanks to the team ❤️
I cannot get on site, main/home page is all I can see part of with no display pictures, no other choices available, cannot log in, cannot view exchange or anything else. Been like this all day for me.
Forgot to mention if I click on where it says exchange or store etc... I get a 403 page.
I was okay with it today and did check and it's okay for me. Hopefully it fixes for you Donna. I'm off the exchange for the evening and hope you can get on soon. I left you a message on your wall with some nice sims 4 pics. I hope you get to see them soon :) It was a special thing for the Ghost toddler sim Bella Rattlebag for her yearly birthday a few days ago.
The Wishlist is currently not working at the moment, any time I attempt to look at my Wishlist or anyone else's Wishlist, the website isn't able to find it.
I actually cleared all my cookies and this did the trick, this time. I hate clearing them all as I have to log into every site I go on again including email, pfft. Anyhow this was cookies and not the site so much, but my wall is extra slow to load these days, I get bored waiting most days.
