The sims 3 site is having this where sometimes randomly when trying to load the mypages it displays as not found. I found that it does fix itself but then it just keeps happening. It seems to have been going on for a while and it is starting to bug me. Please have one of the team members look into it. This is what has been going on by this pic.

fruitydon In the future, you can use a private browsing window rather than clearing cache and cookies. Private windows don't have access to that data, by definition. Or use a different browser, one you don't use for everything else. It's a good idea to have multiple browsers installed anyway. Firefox works great with the Store site.
I know I wasn't going to be on the forums for a while but I'm just giving a report that the my pages not being found bug for the sims 3 site is happening again. Just thought you like to know. Didn't want to be on the forums since I'm on my break here but I'm still doing stuff on the sims 3 site, now we are having issues again and it's a bad heatwave in my area so it's not going good for me right now. Hope we see something done about this soon.
I do use Firefox anyway but I totally forgot about the private browsing. Thank you for your help, also, like Creeper today I cannot get on the site even after clearing all history and cookies.
However, the private window does work!
I did count how many seconds it took for my page to load and it was 51, joy! But hey ho!

I was replying to you mate with the same result as yours but tried the private window option in Firefox and managed to get on there.

Sadly I can't get on the site to let them know that I'm not going to be back on now due to the heat and I can't deal with the issues with the site saying the my page is not found during the heatwave it's driving me insane and using private window isn't working for me. I'm also not going to be on there now since I'm going to be on my summer break which will be the entire month of July. But will catch on posts if the site let's me. Hopefully someone will fix this issue soon while I'm away. People won't know I won't be on until I'm back. Edit= Update. Did manage to make the post on the site about me being away. I need help. If you see people talking about the issue on the site. Please leave a link to them here so they can post their report since I can't help them while I'm away. We need everyone's report on this to get this fixed for good. Bye for now everyone and I'm going to enjoy my break away from here.
it makes me really sad that a lot of players still use ts3 website and "my page" is broken. you're very limited on what you can do and you can't even change your avatar or place the proper badges. i really hope there's a fix for this any way possible because it's not fair to those who still play and interact with other players on there. i personally still use the website to upload sims and talk to my friends.
