Try this from the Store FAQ
I can't find the venue I've installed
Venues are especially tricky and if you have a lot of content, have the tendency to not install at all.
First make sure that it's really not in your game. You should find the venue in the edit town in the community lot library. Sometimes they don't have a real name but only numbers. The icon they have also varies from showing as Store Content (the little shopping bag) to user-created content (red rosette).
If it's really not in the game, install it again, using this method:
- Close the game and launcher
- Backup the whole folder documents\electronicarts\thesims3 to an external drive or some other safe location
- Move the folder DCCache to the desktop
- Start the launcher. ALL of your custom content except houses and Sims will be gone from your installed content. Not to worry about that.
- Install the venue again
- Check documents\electronicarts\thesims3\library if you have a new file which starts with ebf_ and has the timestamp fo the time you've installed the venue. Start over, if you don't
- Delete the newly created DCCache folder in documents\electronicarts\thesims3 (NOT the one on your desktop)
- Move the DCCache folder from the desktop back into documents\electronicarts\thesims3
- Start the game. The venue should now be in your library and you should have all your stuff back as well.
- If anything goes wrong, replace the whole folder with the backup you made.

Maybe you can tell me a more simple way to get rid of the problem? Thanks!

Another options is to search for this file: 0x01802a6a02cc4ce1a26a40f04f4a30f7.package in the folder DCBackup in documents\electronicarts\thesims3\ and move it from DCBackup to the library folder.

I found 0x01802a6a02cc4ce1a26a40f04f4a30f7.package. I opened my game, went to the community lots libary and didn't find the venue. Do I have to uninstall it then reinstall it again after to get it? Thanks!

There's a folder called library in the documents folder. You need to move the file in there for the venue to show up. Close the game and re-start after copying/moving the file.

I have done all of those steps already. But it still didn't show up. Should I uninstall it then reinstall the venue again? Thanks!

Apologies. My mistake. Gave you the wrong number.
Try this file: 0xab0bc405fbc214ae4c44b52d92bca2bc.package
Delete the other.

Hm. Weird. Does any of your Store content show up ?
Try installing the venue again and check if you have any new files in the library folder after doing so.

Yes my content shows up. I have a few store content venues but this is the only venue that won't show up! And no, the libray folder did not have any new files in it.
