I noticed that all the stuff packs or expansion packs i downloaded from Origin do not show up In My Page on the Sims3 site but they show up on the origin site ... With th exceptions of the Hidden Valley and Monte Vista....which i purchased on Origin but they do not show up as purchased @ Origin!!! But they show up on the Sims site in the Worlds section...It is a puzzlement Should they not show up on both sites simultaeneously for downloading purposes...Do you know of this situation? Or how it is to be resolved? If i ever reinstall my game do i have to bounce back and forth between the sites for downloading purposes? I do not like that the expansion/stuff packs purchased through Origin do not show up on MY Page...I like to see everything for my game inventory at a glance without having to double check between 2 sites...that way i do not waste gameplay time...Is there a way to make this more cohesive? thanks for your help

You do not download the world from Origin but from the Sims 3 Store. Find the links below. It may be that you have to register the codes that you got from Origin on the Sims 3 website in order to be able to download the world.

This has happened to me also, some show up and some are still grayed out. I have used the same account for all of them. Why is this happening?

I've had this same issue with my last two Origin purchases not showing as registered in MyPage on The Sims website. Not only for Island Paradise but for another EP that I purchased a few months ago. When I try to register manually, I get the error message that the code is invalid. So some times it takes a while is complete rubbish.😕mileysad:

Every Sims item I have bought via Origin is greyed-out on MY PAGE.
I read a FAQ that says you do not need to manually register games bought via Origin and the product codes show as Invalid if I try.
The accounts are and have always been linked.
I have had games/worlds/stuff packs that have remained greyed-out for months and years so the "solution" that it "just takes a while to show up" is not accurate in this case.
I would like MY PAGE to show everything I own (and I own everything currently available for Sims3).
What's the dealio?

Just downloaded island paradise and also my free stuffs pack.
Both do not show up on the sims3.com. Trying to register them manually says its an invalid code.
The other free items that I was entitled to worked with the codes given (island survival pack, carnival costumes, and a pinball machine with the stuffs pack)
Are there free registration items that I'm entitled to? How can I get the games registered?

I am also having the same issue but it is with World Adventures. I purchased from Origin as a bundle pack with Generations on August 12, 2013. They show up on Origin and downloaded into my game. Generations is showing on my Page but WA is not. It is grayed out and I am unable to register it on either site as it says invalid code. I am unable to receive the free content bc it says it is not one of my registered games! Please EA fix this so I can download the extra goodies.

I'm having the same issue (Generations and World Adventures bundle), but I was able to get the rewards packs by going to the Store > Sets > Holiday and Gift section and the Registration Rewards under there. http://store.thesims3.com/setsProductListing.html?scategoryId=12490 is the current link.

I am still waiting on mine to show up on my profile it has been 3 years for some. If I try to log on to (for example) show time, if it doesn't show then it is possible of banned because it is not showing on my profile. I have Late Night I purchased 3 years ago and it is not showing yet on my profile. How do you get these games to show, please don't tell me it takes time, because 3 years I think is long enough.
