My sim can't travel or move out.

I can't make my sim travel to univerity, or to any other countries. It says that there are already adults in the household that are traveling. Which isn't true. But whenever I try to move her out by herself, it allows me to go through all of the steps, and when I click the final "okay" it starts to load saying "processing" ... I left it like that for at least 2 hours, and it still was "processing" ........ I want her to go to the university and move out so she can start her own life... But I can't, so pleaseeeee help me!
