My Sim Points lost

I was buying some DLC and the site crashed after I hit purchase so the items are still there in my shopping cart but my SimPoints are lost. 

I thought it hasn't registered yet so I clicked buy again and now I have twice the DLC that I actually need. 

Is there anyway I can get my Sim Points back?
