My Sim Points lost
I was buying some DLC and the site crashed after I hit purchase so the items are still there in my shopping cart but my SimPoints are lost. I thought it hasn't registered yet so I clicked buy again...

@baiichi User accounts can not be accessed from these forums. You have to contact EA customer service - link - EA customer service They should be able to research this issue.
