Could you please clear Origin cache, then run another Repair and check if the same issue occurs?

Okay now I'm trying to clear the cache but it says to delete all Origin files in the C:/ drive except the LocalContent. But I can't figure out which is local and which isn't.
Okay so I cleared the cache and repaired the game. No issues have been resolved. Origin says Into The Future Limited Edition is installed but the Sims 3 game launcher still says I have no expansions.
@Killjoy98642 Is ITF in the downloads tab of the launcher? If so is it installed?
On Origin, it says it installed under "extra content" but in the launcher, there's nothing in any of the tabs.
