Okay so I cleared the cache and repaired the game. No issues have been resolved. Origin says Into The Future Limited Edition is installed but the Sims 3 game launcher still says I have no expansions.
@Killjoy98642 Is ITF in the downloads tab of the launcher? If so is it installed?
On Origin, it says it installed under "extra content" but in the launcher, there's nothing in any of the tabs.

In this case could you please delete the Into the Future expansion folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\EP11), then restart your computer and you should be able to re-download the expansion from Origin.
After reinstalling, please check if the same issue occurs.
