My Sims 3 Expansion isn't showing up in the Launcher

On Origin, under "Extra Content" for Sims 3, it recognizes that my Into The Future Limited Edition is installed, but when the launcher pops up, it says I have no Expansion/Stuff packs installed. Some...

@Killjoy98642 Is ITF in the downloads tab of the launcher? If so is it installed?

On Origin, it says it installed under "extra content" but in the launcher, there's nothing in any of the tabs.

    Sorry to hear that @Killjoy98642.

    In this case could you please delete the Into the Future expansion folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\EP11), then restart your computer and you should be able to re-download the expansion from Origin.

    After reinstalling, please check if the same issue occurs.
