Sorry to hear that @Killjoy98642.
In this case could you please delete the Into the Future expansion folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\EP11), then restart your computer and you should be able to re-download the expansion from Origin.
After reinstalling, please check if the same issue occurs.

I reinstalled the expansion. It's in the launcher. Hopefully this was a permanent fix. I'll let you know if it stays. Thank you so much.
