@Biblophiliagrl Is your computer a pc or mac? What is the version of your game - launcher lower left? Where did you buy this pack?
add: did you click the pack in the expansions and stuff tab of your launcher?
My PC is an old Dell laptop, I have played my games on this PC before without any problems, I have the 1.69.43 version of the Sims 3. I bought this pack from Origin, I think.

@Biblophiliagrl You should be able to confirm the purchase in Origin purchase history. If you bought the pack from Origin the pack would be automatically enabled. Did you get a code when you purchased the pack?
Okay so I looked online, I did not buy the game through Origin, but I bought it as a disk. Therefore, I still don't know what to do. And I still don't see the game. Origin still says that it's installed, but I don't see it at all.

@Biblophiliagrl Where did you buy the pack? Did the disc come in a case? Was the case factory sealed when you got it? Was there a book with the code on it incuded? Is the pack checked in the expansion and stuff tab of the launcher?
I bought the game I think it was at Target or Walmart, the game was brand new. Therefore, it was factory sealed. Yes, there was a book with a code inside, but the pack is not in the launcher, yet Origin says that it's installed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my games, but it still hasn't shown up in the expansion and stuff tab in the launcher.
The only problem is that I can't find the disc or the box that it came in.
