My Sims 3 Expansion Pack Showtime isn't showing up in-game

I have tried repairing my games several times and uninstalling and reinstalling, but this one expansion pack still won't show up in game. Origin says that it's installed, but when I open the Sims 3 g...

I bought the game I think it was at Target or Walmart, the game was brand new. Therefore, it was factory sealed. Yes, there was a book with a code inside, but the pack is not in the launcher, yet Origin says that it's installed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my games, but it still hasn't shown up in the expansion and stuff tab in the launcher.

The only problem is that I can't find the disc or the box that it came in.
