Go to your launcher.
Click on expansions and stuff.
Make sure they are all checked.
This should fix the problem, I think.
About 2 months ago I realized, that I have the same problem. I mean in my Origin account, it sais they are installed, but I don't see them in the launcher. It's interesting that I see and I can play perfectly with all the expansions I didn't purchased online. So I don't know, what is the problem, but I want to play with all of my expansions, because I paid for them... Please help me, I'm pretty sure that my account is not banned, I have a problem since an update of Origin...

My problem is that they are installed in origin, and ticked in the launcher. However, when i go into the game they aren't working and then when i re load the launcher they're unticked again. please help!
