My Sims 3 game does not want to save and keeps crashing every 15 minutes.

This problem has been around for a very  long time now, and still no solution has been brought forth. I am starting to wonder if you will ever get this problem fixed. It is the error code 12 issue. 

Even after I have enabled my computer to use its entire 8GB of RAM I still have trouble saving my games! I am fed up with playing a game that has so many issues it should not be allowed to be sold to the public! Since the release of World Adventures, error code 12 has been a probelm; but you already released several other expansion packs after that and it is still not resolved!

I cannot even complete a single "sim day" without the game crashing OR I am not unable to save the game because you used a different way for World Adventures to save or whatever the problem may be.

I am not the only person with this problem, in fact if you haven't noticed there're probably hundreds of thousands of people with this problem. Each one try to fix this error on their own; each one of them editing system files and Sims game files to try and find a solution because you have FAILED to do so.

Like I said, I'm fed up! Find a solution, a patch, anything that would solve and prove that the creators of Sims are not just in for it for the money!

I would like a response preferably with a permanent solution as soon as possible.
