My Sims 3 game has the very displeasing purple tint.
It won't go away. I have tried everything I can do, including uninstalling and reinstalling it, clearing the cache, etc., but it's still there. Can someone help me get rid of it?

@LeighBloodMoon The late reply isn't a problem, but please try the suggestion in my previous post, and let me know whether you're using an old Windows build and a different screen resolution for a specific reason or would be willing to update and switch, respectively.
@puzzlezaddict I will try the clean run now that windows did the update it's been trying to do the last two days, it kept reverting.
