@LaNiaSP Does your computer run Windows or macOS? This is a common issue in the 64-bit Mac version, but not so much in Windows.
For macOS, open Keychain Access, in Applications > Utilities, search for sims3 , and delete any entries you find.
For Windows, clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data, even if you never use IE mode or even Edge at all.
In either case, try playing without signing in at the Main Menu.
