my sims 3 game launcher won’t load

I just ordered a new hp windows 11 laptop and tried to download the sims 3, it let me download EA and download my game with all my expansion packs everything was loading fine but as soon as i tried to play the actual game my game launch screen got stuck at the loading screen, i tried to let it load but it was stuck that was for hours. I tried to uninstall the game and the app and reinstall but that didn’t work, i tried to download smooth patches and that didn’t work, i cleared the cache that didn’t work, i reached out to ea help live chats and they werent any help at this point im not sure what to do there’s no cc or mods that could be corrupting the folder because this computer is new..does anyone know anything that could help me??? for a better understanding of how the launch screen looks when i try to load it up the sims logo comes up and so does the play button and the buttons under it but the other side of the launcher is blank and it won’t let me click anything and there’s a loading circle above my cursor
