no those are links to the sites you may need for your drivers for amd , nvidea they have an auto detect and install you have to do the checking your self if your card is amd/ati go to amd clcik on downlaod to auto detect and install if your nvidea click on the home page then use option 2

also run an windows update to check for other drivers
