My Sims 3 PC game keeps crashing! I lose all my game which just makes me lose interest in playing the game. And I get a black screen to the point I gotta turn of my whole computer. Is not my computer because I just got a new one and it stills does it. My computer is an Asus with a good video card. So anyone have an idea on what might be causing this?
Corrupt game data? Bad CC? GPU failure? PC overheating? Lets try to narrow down the list of suspects.

It sounds like the game has never run well for you on either PC. If so, for the sake of clarity...
I'd suggest that you post a complete dxdiag report so it can be verified that your new PC meets and/or exceeds the game's system requirements. You'll need to Copy/Paste the report into several posts here as, unfortunately, there's a cap on the max characters per post. If you use an online hosting site, you can post it there and give us a link.
