Hey there!
This issue is actually pretty common since the EA App migration from Origin. If your Sims 3 expansion packs are showing in the launcher but not in your EA Library, it usually means they aren’t syncing properly between your old Origin data and your EA App account.
Here are a few things that can help:
1. **Clear the EA App Cache:**
- Go to EA App → Settings → Help → App Recovery → click “Clear Cache.”
- Then restart the app and check your library again.2. **Log Out and Back In:**
- Sometimes logging out of EA App completely, closing it, and then reopening it fixes the sync issue.3. **Check Old Accounts:**
- If you’ve ever used multiple EA or Origin accounts, it’s possible your expansion packs are still registered on a different one. Try logging into your older emails to see if they show up there.4. **Redeem Product Codes Again (if you still have them):**
- You can go to https://help.ea.com and use the “Redeem Product Code” option to link the packs to your active account.5. **Contact EA Support:**
- If none of the above works, EA Support can manually re-link the expansions to your account. Just provide them with your serial codes or proof of ownership—they’ve done this for a lot of players recently.Hopefully that helps you get everything showing up again!

Thank you so much for your response. Do you happen to know the best way to get in touch with EA Support? I’ve had a difficult time reaching them regarding this issue. I've already tried all the steps you mentioned to recover my expansion packs, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far

Aww sorry about it not fixing your issue, I understand your frustration with the game, took me a long time, months of research on fixes etc, most guides are very outdated for modern systems :(
If you still can’t reach EA Support through the regular app or website, here are the most reliable contact methods that usually get through:
1. EA Help official site (recommended)
Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/Log in with the EA account linked to your Sims 3 games.
Select The Sims 3 as your product.
Choose a platform (Origin, EA app, etc.).
Under “Select Topic,” choose Manage My Account or Missing Content.
Click Select Contact Option to open chat or request a callback (if available in your region).
2. EA Help on Twitter/X
If chat isn’t showing, you can DM them directly here:
https://twitter.com/EAHelpThey’re active and usually respond within a day or two.
3. EA Help Chat via the EA App
Open the EA App > Click the top-left menu (☰) > Help > EA Help
Scroll to the bottom and select “Contact Us.”4. Use EA Answers HQ for escalations
If all else fails, you can also post on https://answers.ea.com
with your case number, and a community manager can forward it to EA Support.Extra tip:
If your packs disappeared after moving from Origin to the EA App, ask them to “resync entitlements.” That’s the phrase their support team recognizes for restoring missing Sims 3 packs.
