My sims 3 save file crashes with no error message

I already match my graphics card for it to work properly so that wasn't the problem I even removed my mods folder to see if that was a problem that save file still crashes  i even save with a new number so it doesn't get corrupted I also did a full town reset it still crashes i also did a regular save file cleaner it still crashes, deleted the files that I need to dele like the social cap it still crashes it's in window mode it still crashes. I did all the steps i need to do i start a new save file it doesn't crash it's just this one and I haven't played in it for that long i also downloaded the crash log to see what the issue was it says cc but I took out my mods folder that save file still crashes so it can't be cc I'm playing in moonlight falls it was working the other day but now it doesn't want to  work I'm so confuse. every time I have them go to bed it crashes after a while. Also yes i have the aldter and smooth patch and yes i match my frame rates

I also did the in-game overlay in the ea. app i turned it off also tried to run combability

@Cookielove233  Try installing the newest graphics driver from Intel for your processor and graphics chip:

    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/226259/intel-core-i71255u-processor-12m-cache-up-to-4-70-ghz/downloads.html

It's normally best to use the driver provided by the manufacturer of your laptop, at least as long as it's reasonably recent.  But another player with the same type of crash (by the error in your dxdiag) solved it by installing this driver, and the older drivers can have issues with DirectX 9, which Sims 3 uses.

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.

If you get an error when trying to install the driver, let me know.  It's not common with Lenovo laptops, but some manufacturers do try to block drivers they don't provide themselves.  There's a way around it, but it takes some effort and I don't want to write all that out if it's not necessary.

@Cookielove233  Snow is hard on integrated graphics chips and always has been.  You can try turning down the graphics settings just during winter, or disabling snow entirely, but there isn't necessarily a good way to address this.
