My computer does not respond when I click the download button. I tried taking the disc out, which didn't work but when I install in the game it is fine!! But I cannot find the stuff i bought in the game 😕mileysad:
Are you trying to download the content from the ingame store or through a browser ? If it's the latter, what browser are you using ? Did you try a different one ?

Do you have the launcher open when you try ?
Also try firfox instead.
Any error messages ? Did you try the suggestions above ?
try firefox and also try downloading from your purchase history not on the actual link of the item. A lot of times the link on the item does not work, happens to me but it works fine in purchase history and using firefox. I dont have discs though. I use download versions of the game.
Edit to add: Dont log into the store from your launcher. Log on the sims 3 web while your on the internet
