My Sims 3 store bought content will not install?

Question

I just got my computer back from repair and update, so I had to install everything again, including my Sims 3. There was no problem installing, so after I'd finished installing I started downloading all my store bought content. Then I wanted to install the items, but I got this message "The license for this product has expired. If you would like further assistance, please contact EA Customer Support at https://help.ea.com"

What can I do to fix this? Never had this problem before.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
