My sims 3 will not start

Question

I been having some problems with my sims 3, so I took how my sims 3 folder to see if there was something wrong with that and it didn't work so I try to Set the affinity to 0 and it still did not work.

then I went to One Drive to stop Syncing and it still did not work every thing I try has not work anyone have any Idea to fix it and this what it show when it stop working.

oh and I have no cc in the sims 3 folder and when i try to start it I try to start it with just the base game.

RealPearlCoffee​&nbsp; This error is often related to broken or missing registry entries, but that shouldn't happen if you've been playing without issues and didn't change your setup.&nbsp; However, if you've uninstalled any expansion or stuff packs, that could cause the problem.&nbsp; So please let me know whether you've done this, rather than simply disabling the packs, and if so, what kind of install you have: EA App, disc, or Steam.
