My Sim's face turned white

I was in the middle of posing my sims and moving them around a lot when my female sim's face turned white. This is weird because just before that it was perfectly fine. I have no idea what's going on and then I went into stylist via Mastercontroller and the blue loading background turned black. Like I said it was perfectly fine before and I didn't take any skins or makeup out.
