My Sim's face turned white
I was in the middle of posing my sims and moving them around a lot when my female sim's face turned white. This is weird because just before that it was perfectly fine. I have no idea what's going on...

From what you describe, I'd try to just restart your game. That might make the issue disappear as fast as it started. 🙂
