My sims wait hours before performing an action???

Hello.

I hope i am at the right topic section to ask this question... 🙂

So my issue is that when i send a sim to shower, or summon the genie with a lamp, or sleep or even just change outfits, they wait like 3 sim hours before performing that action.

They end up doing it yes, but after a while. I would like them to do it instantly, especially since i wanted to record sims videos and cannot afford to wait for them to do stuff...

It did it with all the sims i created. I tried different towns, but it didnt change anything.

My current household lives in Lucky Palms.

Someone once told me it could be a processor issue, but my processor is a 3.4 GhZ..? I thought that would be good enough...

I tried resetting them, the whole town, moving them to different towns, resetting them again.. it did nothing.

My gameplay itself is lagless, so my pc can handle the game.

I tried cheating my sims' needs in order to get her to summon the genie, since she just froze there. She spent 3 sim days there and no genie appeared...
