My teen sim won't stop sneaking around nor will he learn to drive

Does he still have a moodlet related to being grounded or something like that? 

Maybe try moving him out via edit town and then back in. 

The moodlet has been gone for a long time. I have edited town, I have moved the whole family. He still sneaks around like he is in trouble. I have reset him several times too. 

Move him out and back in via edit town. That should reset the sneaking.

I did that already. he never quit sneaking. His prom glitched and he skipped it even though the game acted like he and his girlfriend went. He still will not learn to drive as well. He ages up soon. 

He finally quit sneaking after he missed prom. He still won't learn to drive but he will grow up today and I don't feel like struggling through his teen years again. Thanks for telling me that cheat. I did not know about that one. I know building cheats but since I build more than I pay I am clueless about most Sim character cheats.

I have tried this many many times, makes no difference either. Wish there was a mod to correct this. moved houses, reset more times than i can count, lost a trait because of the age up and back down(got it for nerd influence) edited whole family in town mode as well. Idk what else to do. 

also lost all my influence points & and all my rewards i had bought, as well as loosing my celeb levels and girlfriend was now not even a friend! do not try the above suggestion to fix it
