Need a new code for my supernatural game, help?

My computer made me do a restore to a previous time and it made it so I don't have my supernatural game installed anymore, so I really don't think the code I got with the game would work. Is there a way I could get a new code for the game? It shows on my profile that I registered the game.. help please. I would like to be able to play the expansion again.. I'm not sure if the same is with the Sims 3 Pets expansion, it looks like I still have it, I think it's just The Sims 3 Supernatural. Thanks for any help~

    if you have the disc install it that way if the game is registerd with your origin account you can download the digital version of your game
